We are seeking a Process Improvement & Change Coordinator with a knack for strategic thinking and a passion for driving change. This role is based in South Perth and offers the opportunity to work in an exciting engineering/utilities industry.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance business processes and systems.
  • Coordinate change management initiatives across different departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish metrics to monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Provide training and support to staff members in relation to new systems and processes.
  • Prepare and present reports to the senior management team on process improvement and change initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Process Improvement & Change Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in Change Management, Quality Management or similar.
  • Experience with Six Sigma Lean is preferred.
  • Proven experience in business process improvement and change management.
  • Experience within a utilities/services industry is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
