Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business performance.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and provide insightful analysis.
  • Work closely with the operations team to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes.
  • Support the leadership team in decision-making with accurate financial data.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Partner/Finance Analyst should have:

  • A degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards.
