Job Description



  • Develop and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift and modern frameworks, ensuring performance, usability, and scalability.


  • Provide technical leadership within the team by promoting best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, and deployment.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features aligned with business goals.


  • Contribute to Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.


  • Drive engineering standards across the mobile team, championing clean architecture, reusable code, and consistent design patterns.


  • Coordinate with cloud, DevOps, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration, release automation, and platform stability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technology Specialist should have:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in iOS development using Swift, with strong proficiency in iOS frameworks.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale, high-traffic mobile applications in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Strong software engineering practices, with the ability to drive quality and consistency across the development life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
