We are on the hunt for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project/Event Support Administrator to manage and coordinate events and projects within our not-for-profit organisation. This role requires superior organisational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for making a difference.

Job Description

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and conferences
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders effectively
  • Maintain and manage project documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the project team and managing director
  • Calendar, diary and inbox management
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Fly interstate to assist with the coordination of events and conferences

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Support Administrator should have:

  • Experience in coordinating events (must have)
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management
  • Commitment to the values and mission of the not-for-profit sector
