Negotiate solutions across the organisation to achieve objectives within time and resource limits.Evaluate, understand, and implement technology solutions and tools related to the SAP upgrade or the broader ERP portfolio program.Ensure business requirements from multiple business units are accurately captured, approved, and aligned with overall business initiatives, priorities, and operational needs.Proactively manage customer needs and expectations, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality assurance standards to maintain high satisfaction.Provide leadership at both team and senior levels, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders based on trust and clear communication.Ensure the adoption of appropriate delivery frameworks and methodologies tailored to the project's requirements.Manage the project to professional standards in accordance with relevant corporate policies, technical standards (including information security), legislation, and government requirements. Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, challenges, and outcomes.Oversee external vendors and internal teams per contract agreements, supporting procurement, project tracking, relationship management, deliverable monitoring, contract and budget oversight, and reporting.
