Job Description

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the Northern Territory in the mining, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.
  • Managing and growing existing client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Selling specialised services such as mine remediation, waterproofing, facade repairs, and infrastructure protection.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Travelling within WA to meet clients on-site, understand project needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including business unit and operations managers, to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Utilising CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong sales hunter - Confident in identifying and winning new business, with a track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Experienced in construction, mining, infrastructure, or industrial services - Understanding of these industries and their key decision-makers.
  • Resilient and self-sufficient - Able to work independently, manage their own pipeline, and drive results without constant direction.
  • A skilled relationship builder - Able to develop long-term partnerships with maintenance superintendents, project managers, and operations leaders.
  • Knowledgeable about Northern Territory's mining and industrial sector
  • Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce - Able to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales performance efficiently.
  • Willing to travel - Able to visit client sites to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
