Job Description

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (including CRM and Finance & Operations).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions in line with governance policies.
  • Support integration with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a technically proficient and solutions-focused professional with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration. You are confident managing complex systems, configuring applications, and supporting integrations across enterprise platforms. You bring a deep understanding of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and are comfortable working with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective digital solutions.

You are detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. Your communication skills allow you to engage effectively with both technical teams and non-technical users, and you thrive in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

You'll be someone who:

  • Has hands-on experience with D365 (CRM, F&O, or Business Central).
  • Understands system security, data governance, and user management.
