Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage merchandise and assortment strategies across different categories.
  • Handle sales forecasting, budgeting to support revenue and profit goals.
  • Analyse product performance and trends to guide buying and stock decisions.
  • Coordinate inventory levels and replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Spot opportunities to grow and improve the product range.

The Successful Applicant

What we're looking for:

  • A degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong communication skills.
  • Experienced in leveraging commercial insights to support and inform buying decisions.
  • Solid understanding of the retail industry.
  • A strategic and innovative mindset.
