About Our Client

An exciting opportunity exists to join a global FMCG brand as it establishes direct operations in Australia. This newly created role will play a pivotal part in transitioning from an importer-based model to a fully integrated supply chain operation. With a strong global presence and ambitious growth plans, the company is now looking for a capable, hands-on Supply Chain Manager to manage demand planning, inventory, logistics, and third-party partners across the region.

Job Description

  • Own the full supply chain function in Australia, from import to final delivery
  • Manage relationships with 3PL providers, including cold chain logistics
  • Oversee import/export operations across multiple ports
  • Collaborate with global teams across as part of a broader S&OP process
  • Support the buildout of local operations and transition to a direct-distribution model
  • Help design and implement scalable processes in a growing, lean team environment



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in FMCG supply chain, logistics, and import/export operations
  • Strong working knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory control, and 3PL management
  • Experience supporting a market shift from third-party importer to direct distribution
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work remotely and cross-functionally across global time zones
  • Hands-on and self-driven - comfortable working in a startup-style environment within a larger global structure
