Reporting to a senior member of the executive team, you'll lead the full HR function across ANZ, managing two direct reports (an HR Advisor and Office Coordinator), and act as a strategic partner to the business as it continues its high-growth trajectory.Key responsibilities:Lead all people functions across the region, including employee relations, performance, talent, L&D, compliance, and payrollDevelop and embed a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performanceManage recruitment across commercial, corporate, and technical rolesPartner with leaders on org design, workforce planning, and successionMentor the existing team and support capability uplift across the businessDrive change and support leaders through a scale-up journeyCollaborate with global HR peers across the US and AsiaThis is a broad, hands-on and strategic role-perfect for someone who loves variety and wants to help shape a business during a pivotal growth phase.
