Job Description

We're seeking a People & Culture Manager to join the Australian leadership team. Reporting to a senior member of the executive team, you'll lead the full HR function across ANZ, managing two direct reports (an HR Advisor and Office Coordinator), and act as a strategic partner to the business as it continues its high-growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities:



  • Lead all people functions across the region, including employee relations, performance, talent, L&D, compliance, and payroll


  • Develop and embed a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance


  • Manage recruitment across commercial, corporate, and technical roles


  • Partner with leaders on org design, workforce planning, and succession


  • Mentor the existing team and support capability uplift across the business


  • Drive change and support leaders through a scale-up journey


  • Collaborate with global HR peers across the US and Asia



This is a broad, hands-on and strategic role-perfect for someone who loves variety and wants to help shape a business during a pivotal growth phase. You'll be based in their City Sydney office four days a week, with one set day WFH.

The Successful Applicant



  • 7+ years in HR or P&C roles, including leadership experience


  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice


  • Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment (FMCG or consumer brands preferred)
  • Experience working with multi generational workforce (including Gen Z)


  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and culture-led business
