Job Description

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies - Identify opportunities and implement plans to drive sales growth across the region.
  • Manage Client Relationships - Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in mining, sugar, and power generation sectors.
  • Deliver Technical Presentations - Clearly communicate the value of motor and transformer services through tailored demonstrations.
  • Pursue New Business Opportunities - Actively seek and secure new clients to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams - Work closely with field service technicians and engineers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor Market Trends - Stay informed on industry developments to offer relevant, forward-thinking solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Technical Sales Experience - Background in electrical or mechanical sales, ideally within industrial or mining sectors.
  • Strong Technical Aptitude - Ability to understand and explain motor, transformer, and rotating equipment services.
  • Customer-Focused - Skilled in building lasting relationships with engineering and maintenance stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication - Confident presenter with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Self-Motivated & Reliable - Honest, punctual, and driven to achieve results with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to Travel - Comfortable with regular travel across the region to visit client sites and operations.
